For Season 9 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, we brought together the global authority on Merino wool, Woolmark, with Nissan’s Formula E Team, positioning both forward thinking brands as ‘Natural Born Innovators’.

Throughout the campaign, with footage captured all over the world from places like Mexico City, Diriyah and Valencia, we set-out to change the perception of the world of Merino wool, and centred the Woolmark brand as leaders of performance and innovation within the world of Formula E. Sharing this common vision with brand partner Nissan.

Norman Nato and Sacha Fenestraz, the drivers for the Nissan Formula E team, spearheaded the face of the campaign. Throughout Season 9, the drivers demonstrated and discussed how the team kit provided by Woolmark benefited their day to day performance, with the Merino wool fibre’s properties aiding them in the large range of different race climates throughout the season.
