INTRODUCTION

The Paddock was created out of the need to give people an equal opportunity to learn about our industry. Internships and work experience can involve a lot of sitting around.The Paddock is a unique training programme run by our very own team in our London office. Our aim is to help you find what department inspires you and teach you valuable tools to give you a headstart in getting into the industry.

 

ABOUT THE PADDOCK

Over the course of a week, you get the opportunity to hear from some of the best in the industry and gain a better understanding of how a creative agency works. From learning about each department to us teaching you about imposter syndrome and CV skills. We’re going to show you the ins and outs of what it’s like to work in a creative agency and how to get your foot through the door.

The Paddock runs from Monday – Friday, 10 am – 4 pm. Your day will be filled with unique sessions, and one-on-one chats if you wish, to explore the departments and maybe find the one your best suited for. We’ll end the day with small group tasks, to solidify some of what you’ve learned. And at the end of the week, celebrate with some well earned drinks!
