Andy Jex
Chief Creative Officer
Sport has played an integral part in Andy’s life as far back as he can remember. From setting alarms to watch the olympics in the middle of the night, to running x country in knee deep mud to losing it all at the gold cup and ultimately refusing to support his dad’s football team. He’s taken this love and passion for anything sport into his work where he’s proudly helped brands sponsor Team GB, English cricket, Hong Kong rugby 7s, the European golf tour, the football league and the men’s and women’s England football teams. All that before he even joined dark horses. He won’t mention who his dad supports, but it’s safe to say they’re not the best team in north london.
Matt Readman
Chief Strategy Officer
Matt joined Dark Horses in 2019 to lead the agency's strategic output having previously been Strategy Director at both AnalogFolk and WCRS. He has a long track-record of working in sport and creativity, and is passionate about how sport influences the biggest issues in our society.
Andy Walsh
Head of Production
Andy joined Dark Horses in 2019 from Lucky Generals. He enjoys combining a passion for sport with production and has been lucky enough to shoot with some of the best directing talent, all over the world. Outside of work he’s a dad of two and has a love of anything on two wheels.
Max Arkell
Head of Account Management
Max joined Dark Horses in 2019 to lead one of the agency’s largest accounts, Nissan. With stints at McCann London, M&C Saatchi and Grey London, he has a passion for people and creativity, believing that the best ideas are truly born from working in a close, honest and trusting partnership.
Cat Kite
Head of New Business
Cat started her career at The & Partnership before spending three years working at Bates CHI in Vietnam. She joined Dark Horses in 2018. In any spare moment she can be found running - whether that be on the track, trail, road, or even the sand dunes of the Sahara.
